Mr jean baptist , was very calm collective and soft spoken. He helped me straighten out my account and showed me how to make the corrections that needed to be done . He made it very easy for me to get back in and also reminded me that every 90 days I have to update my account. His laugh through the phone was very comforting and put me at ease.
