I would have given a 5 Star in finally having a property we no longer own removed out of our roster, but I didn't because the option to have it removed ourselves on your site was not available to us to do so without having to contact you both by phone, chat and email before it was finally removed by your representative. AffordableHousing.com needs to make their site more user friendly.
