I called Affordable Housing and I got a gentleman. I remembered his voice from a year or two Mr. William.!! Very helpful, pleasant professional. He took good care of me!! Walked me through getting the premium boost and had lots of patience with me!! He’s amazing!!!! You need more people like him answering your phones.!!!
