We ordered blinds last October, were told that they would install in January, no communication until we followed up only to be told February. This has been happening every month and still no blinds. On 20 March we were told containers had arrived and they would work through them and book installations as they unpacked. We emailed again yesterday asking for an April installation and have been fobbed off again saying they still don’t have them so now into April.
