I forgot the name of the man who helped me, but he was awesome! He was very hospitable, showed me different available options to make sure the space I rent is enough, and answered all my questions. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience all thanks to him!

Mitchell was the absolute best. He offered me a lower rate than what I was currently paying at Discount, went over everything in detail with me, and explained when my rate would increase and what to expect. Took over an hour out of his day to be professional and yet personable at the same time. Even though my rates will go up eventually his customer service alone will keep me there!
