Gerald was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful on the phone. Since he wasn’t going to be in the office when I came in to sign the agreement, he filled David in and left detailed information on our needs. David was just as helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable in person. Thanks for fantastic customer service!

Today had problems with the front Gate, Gerald took care of that. I also had trouble getting into my unit, again Gerald help me get in. From day one when we open the storage Unit,Gerald walked us through all the procedures. Don’t know what I would’ve done without him. Just want to say thanks for everything and if you could give this guy a raise! Thank you very much Linda Bishop
