Urgent is what this facility is not. I came in over 10 days ago for a covid-19 test. Although place was essentially empty, took forever for attention. Staff spent more time filling our forms and asking general questions that taking the test. I was told I would have results in 3-5 working days. That was over 10 days ago. I have called twice and left messages. I still do not have the results! Recommendation - Go Elsewhere...Ā
I broke my toe. I looked up an urgent care near me and called ahead to see if they could help me and to confirm they could help with a broken toe. They told me they could help and to come in. I got to the location and the office assistant said they didnāt actually have an x ray machine and that all calls go through a main line so there is no real connection between the hotline and the individual clinic. I cannot recommend this location after my recent experience here with a broken leg. I would give them a 1 star except they did the xrays well and because the PA helped me out to the car. Those are the only parts I'm happy with. First off, the receptionist saw me limping in the entrance very slowly obviously in a lot of pain, but she didn't offer a wheelchair. I am so livid I can hardly type. My daughter is in town visiting friends and she's experiencing a horrible migraine with dizziness and nausea. She had already gone to the ER in her home town (Las Vegas). After IV fluids and migraine meds, she felt well enough to travel (although far from completely better). I thought my finger was broken and they called in an xray tech just an hour before the closed to get a good look. I liked they are willing to call in someone to get a good diagnosis allowing them to develop an accurate prognosis.Ā
