I had a great experience here! Excellent staff & customer service, facility was super clean, they were able to see me right away and everyone was so nice and friendly and great at their job. I will definitely be back if I need to go to an urgent care again and will recommend this place to family, friends & co-workers. I was super impressed!
I made an appointment to be seen at this location for possible mastitis after just moving here from out of state (talk about impeccable timing!). I was warmly greeted upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and I was seen quickly. Extremely caring & compassionate staff here!!!!! I went in with the flu feeling absolutely horrible with high fever, chills, body aches, etc. I expected a super long wait time and below average care….like the majority of urgent care facilities! I received the opposite! The whole staff was so empathetic & caring I was so amazed! Such personal care I’d highly recommend this location and this excellent staff! Keep up the great work! We made an appointment and from walking in, we were out in 20 minutes. Everything worked perfectly at the same cost as all other Urgent Care centers. Dominique at the front was friendly and cheerful. Woodrow, the medical professional, was awesome.
