RecommendedThis dentist office is the best. When I tell you that I was made to feel so special from the moment I got there all the way to the time I left, believe it. I had to have injections to numb my gums for a few procedures and I actually felt little to no pain from just getting the injection!! Dr.Gupta is just that good! Dawn and Kelsey are always concerned with your comfort---before, during,and after your procedure. This is the Dental Practice to use! I highly recommend it. GPhillips
RecommendedHave to say I was nervous about going bc I thought I had to get a root canal done(turns out I didn't need one just a big filling). I'm always nervous about going to the dentist,with all the drilling and big needles! But the staff was real nice,especially Kelsey she assisted Doctor Anil Gupta. Very frustrating experience. Before scheduling the appointment, I called multiple times to confirm that the office works on All-on-4 and All-on-6 implant dentures. Each time I was told that they do. My wife and I drove about an hour from Fort Polk for her 1:00 PM appointment. After arriving, we waited close to two hours before being seen. When the dentist finally looked at her teeth, we were then told that they do not work on implant-supported dentures like All-on-4 or All-on-6. was an hr last being seen, terrible service horribly uncaring, I asked a question and they proceeded to keep getting someone else to talk to me about it all while not making any actual suggestions on how to make it more comfortable for me, when I finally got them to leave it be, got a call after that I was banned.
They never asked about me being on blood thinners, I ended up in the ER, had to have my gum cauterized to stop the bleeding
Dr Gupta is wonderful, very gentle & kind… if you can get past his office staff. When I called with an emergency situation today, in which I have been trying to get an appointment with this office to avoid the emergency for over a week and could not get a phone call back told me that “she didn’t care if I moved all my families business… they were short staffed. waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half as the waiting room.more and more people showed up with them not seeing one person in that hour and a half. would NOT recommend wasting your time. horrible place and as ghetto as you can get.
When they extracted my wisdom teeth, i woke up to them shoving needles into my gums with reckless abandon and no warning, the horrifying feeling of my teeth being broken without any explanation, and the skin on my lip was torn from how rough they were with me. They left the root in my upper socket and now ill have to pay for oral surgery on top of this extraction, which i really dont have the money for. I will NOT be coming back and do not recommend them. This is the worst place I have been to! Came out worse than when I went in! Can’t smile because of yalls terrible work and having to have Multiple dentist visits with another dentist to fix the terrible work I had. Three teeth in the upper front to be filled and fillings came out and teeth broke off because of drilling too deep! Going to send my bill from dentist to you with a letter saying it was bad dentist work then going to a lawyer! Thanks for nothing!
