We bought our santafe here couple days ago, as soon as we arrived at this location we were greeted by Sonia. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything and it was only her first day at this location. Customer service was excellent. Sonia was very customer friendly, and we are very happy with our decision to purchase our new vehicle with her. I Received phenomenal service by Steve Sang, at Hyundai Agincourt. He is very patient, courteous, helpful and respectful. He gave me many choices to choose from and broke down the different costs. I have given Hyundai a five star for my experience here at Agincourt. I am a customer here since 2017 and this is my second vehicle. I would highly recommend Agincourt Hyundai. It was great being able to meet with Jerry multiple times as he was able to break down all of the many options and did not pressure us when it came to the time to make a decision. We test drove multiple cars and priced out over 5 different options. We also did significant comparison shopping online and with other dealers and Agincourt w/ Jerry Cheng came out on top.
