To have more contact with client, not just to request documents but to explain the process. A phone call at least once a week would have been nice. (Phone calls were hardly returned)

Better communication from day 1 of the process. I used Aida due to many other recommendations. Along with my realtor recommendation. But unfortunately I had a poor experience. Other lenders were able to provide lower fees and less interest rate during the loan process with my husband and I having less money in the bank plus lower credit scores. Aida was unable to match the terms of the other lenders. I was unable to get an extension for the sale and had to settle with this option with Aida
