RecommendedWithout the air conditioner, my survival for a day was like a hell, at that moment, my colleague suggested this air conditioning repair company to me. I immediately called these guys for help and I am so thankful to them as they instantly came and repaired the AC.
RecommendedAfter one of the pipes in the bathroom burst, I needed someone to come urgently to fix it so that the water wastage could be minimized and they were very prompt to send in one of their technicians. He came and took care of the problem well. Will definitely recommend their services.

RecommendedAfter 3 days of not having AC, I saw the great reviews and called Air 1. They had someone out same day, within 2 hours! The gentleman walked me through everything he did, was able to tell me what to expect later down the line and was finished fairly quickly. Their service fee was lower than others although I was willing to pay it all for my AC again. Knocked politely when going through the floors as our dogs needed to be separated. I would absolutely work with them! Thank you!

Had service on July 17th which restored my air conditioning. Fast forward only 2 weeks and I am without air again. They are asking for over 2k to fix what they are calling an unrelated issue. This is outrageous to me after they advised that they did a full check just 2 weeks ago.
Just got a technician came out to service the AC we bought less than 3 years. I called to verified why is not under warranty and asking why I have to pay for the part. I was first provided with $45 discount for the unit that we have to replace. When I ask for more clarification, I was threaten that if I refused to pay, they will ask the technician to leave and I can call the manufacturer for support.
