Fantastic customer service, honest, patient, and explained everything I don’t understand about AC work in layman’s terms I could fully grasp. Our tech, Sam, was courteous, congenial, and never rushed the job. After a first resolution to determine why our house wouldn’t cool was unsuccessful, Sam came back out soon after the request, troubleshoot extensively and discovered the less than obvious issue that he immediately remedied. I'd like to give a 5 star recommendation to Air Authority!!! They are the 3rd AC company I've had out in 2-3 months and I will never use anyone else. They were extremely polite & professional, fast, thorough & honest. If you need service, I highly recommend you Call Robert or Chester at the phone number on the truck!
RecommendedNo matter what day it is. This company came out on a holiday and fix our AC while others said that they couldn’t cuz the supply house was close. Not this company. They had someone open the supply house so we can be taken care of and comfortable. Thank u and God bless
