Bailey T. the tech was very nice and professional. He took his time to check out problem with the AC unit and did not rush. He explained everything from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of our questions. We were completely satisfied. Very nice guy. I would definitely recommend Air Houston to friends and neighbors. Thanks

The technicians that came out were very nice and courteous. The response was very quick. They came out the same day we called them. There were no pressure tactics. They sent the options we would have the same evening after coming out. Great company. Would definitely recommend them.

Good experience. Nothing negative. Kenny came much earlier than expected. We were ready for him anyway so that was okay. Kenny was polite, pleasant and respectful. He did his job and explained a couple of features on our a/c system to me. He also tightened down some screws which eliminated a sort of buzz sound that he had said shouldn’t be there.
