Your technician, ****, was very professional and did his job in way that you would have been proud of. He seemed to know what needed to be done and proceeded to check what had to be checked without undue interface with us.All of your technicians over the years have been professional and they all seemed to enjoy the job.One minor item was the call that he was on his way about an hour prior to his arrival. We have been using Air Masters since we moved to Tampa in ****! As always, the service was outstanding, periodic maintenance was completed in a comprehensive and timely manner. The quality of their service personnel, no matter who is assigned, is excellent with fully trained air-conditioning experts doing the job! We'll continue to have Air Masters as our supplier of service when periodic maintenance for our system is required!
I have been with Air Masters for 35 years. They have always come in the time frame scheduled. If there is a hold-up, the office calls to tell me. The office also calls before they arrive to tell you they are on their way. Very thorough in the maintenance and have never tried to sell anything I don't need. Technicians are always very friendly too.
With the summer heat climbing, my AC was constantly running and finally froze up. I called on a Monday morning and Air Masters scheduled me for repair that afternoon. My repairman, CJ was very efficient, knowledgeable and got my AC running cool again. CJ was also very patient and kindly answered my 5 year old grandson's numerous questions. Pleasure to meet such a friendly repairman. Thanks
