Furnace/AC Service Technician called ahead to tell me what time he was coming, he showed up at that time, he was very courteous, and explained everything fully. A great experience, I would recommend Aire One to others.

furnace service This was my annual furnace servicing as part of protetion plan which was purchased after I had issues with my thermostat a couple of years ago. The technicians were on time, servicing was done quickly and effeciently.

New Furnace We had a Carrier furnace installed last week, and we were very pleased with the work done. A considerable amount of piping needed to be replaced in order to meet new building code, and the installers did a lot of work! As a result of no longer requiring a humidifier, the line that used to run to it needed to be closed off. There was a bit of dripping that resulted. Semi annual service From initial instalment 2008 we have had comfort and piece of mind under Aire One's 10 yr gold warranty plan. The one time there was equipment failure, the response was immediate. Salesman assured me that AireOne would support the effort to get on the Greener homes loan and pay interest free for 10 years. This was the only way I could afford to sign up. So they took care of arranging the initial assessment... AFTER the equipment was installed!!!! Salesman Adam insisted it was common practice to install ASAP and they "will take care of the rest". Had a Carrier Ductless 24,000 Btu seer heatpump installed - 900sq ft home. 2 x 9000 btu wall units installed downstairs. 1 x 12,000 btu unit installed in mainroom upstairs. Downstairs is fine. Warm as per the temp on the hand sets. Upstairs is always cold unless it is way above freezing out. Example. This morning it was 4c outside. Handset set for 20c and it was at 8am 17c in the room. I have had nothing but bad experiences with Aire One and would recommend that any one stay far away. 1. I had my furnace replaced, a gas condensing furnace replaced with a gas condensing furnace. Straight forward replacement one would think. The installer did not take note of where the thermostat wires were connected to on the old furnace and was not able to reconnect so that our A/C would still work. Manipulative pricing I am a single mother and had a technician come in to look at my thermostat. He replaced it with a smart thermostat claiming it will be more reliable than the one I purchased for $40 at a hardware store.
