Furnace and AC maintenance I have a service contract monthly - includes filter for annual checkup - Tech was on time, very respectful, professional, knowledgeably and informative. He took time to answer questions and explain details of testing results....all A-1 including our system! I would also add that our sales representative was very helpful and the installers were fantastic as well - we switched from electric to gas about a year ago when we bought our home...Aire One - second to none - highly recommend them!

AC Service The technician who was doing 10 years warranty service call on my home AC with yearly tune up was very experience and excellent customer service person. He arrived on the time that was given by the officer and had provide good suggestions during the inspection of the unit.

Furnace/Air My old furnace needed repairs, seeing Aire One ads I called them and the prompt professional and informative service impressed me I ordered a new furnace air conditioner and humidifier. All work done in short order, no problems and they cleaned up. Pleasant crew.

New Water Heater Colin came out and did an evaluation at our home for a new gas water heater. He was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done for proper venting etc.... Annual furnace and AC checkup I was very pleased with the professional and personable technician that serviced my furnace and AC. He arrived on time and was thorough in checking all parts. Broken heater When my husband was away our furnace broke down. He usually deals with this stuff so I was overwhelmed. My neighbour told me to call Aire One and I had a young man out that night within a couple hours. I had to buy an expensive part but I price shopped and they were actually the cheapest by $20 for the part. Thank goodness the nice young man suggested paying for a extended warranty plan monthly.
