Excellent customer service, addressed all my questions with knowledgeable feedback, technician was very thorough in the set up and instructions of how to use the set ups and mange my account. Airbeam executed the installation process during the holidays and still delivered as promised. Works very good and takes up very little space. The router (unlike the older ones) is very small and simply plugs into an outlet. Their capable tech connected the cables. Done! I'm very happy!!!!
