The problem was not accurately/throughly diagnosised. and the total cost to repair greatly exceeded the initial estimate and reasonable expectations

Car recalled for dealer update. . so inconvenient but made much better by Richard who handled the whole recall with spotted and efficiency.. made the process less painful! All done!!

My experience was 100% great from drop off through pick up. My Service Advisor, Malcolm, did a great job and kept me informed all the way throughout the process. I appreciated his diligence, especially when it came to expediting one of the parts that they had to bring in. I highly recommend this dealership for service and this Advisor.

I have had excellent service and service advicers for the past 11 years. My only complaint is the horrendous charge added to use my credit card. Had I known, I would have paid by check. And for this, I will not be buying my next vehicle or seeking repairs from Airpark.
