I use Airpark Ram for service specifically because of my service advisor John Otero. He ensures that the work is done as committed and no surprises. Though I purchased the vehicle new elsewhere I have it serviced at Airpark as I did my Ram 3500.

My wife took the vehicle in this time. She has never experienced your service team. She came back and said how nice, professional and amazing the service was. I had asked her to get a price on some optional work I want to get done. When she came back she said I don’t care if this dealer charges a little more. I trust them 100% and that is what matters.
