We recently bought a used Lexus RX-350 from this dealership. We worked with Jennifer Martinez. In the past, I haven't had the best experiences in buying used cars and I somewhat dread the car buying/negotiating process. I have to tell you, working with Jennifer and this dealership was GREAT! Before receiving a call from Carlos at Airpark Chrysler Jeep Dodge was turned away from multiple dealerships throughout the Valley because of my credit score, negative equity and trade in value of my current vehicle. We had a wonderful experience at this car dealer! First of all our salesman Drew was fantastic. He did absolutely everything right. His product knowledge was excellent, his kindness and integrity unparalleled (did I just say integrity and salesman in the same sentence) . We actually walked away feeling like we got a great deal. Very nice salesman Andrew, Ron in finance was very nice and helped me get a good interest rate, I was very happy with how Ron explained everything to me and even called to tell me he could get me a lower monthly payment, I feel they all went above and beyond in service and friendliness, I will always buy my cars at AirPark in the future Christine Powell

Fabulous to work our deal here. Our salesman, Matt, was so talented and knowledgeable on the product, that it made our purchase a breeze.Matt also helped us to get to know the truck by going over all the settings on the screen, which could be very confusing.
