I was notified and given a real time view of where the driver was. He was on time and extremely nice. Great service which I will be using again!!!

After a horrendous trip from el paso to okc, arrived in okc about 2 am. Ran outside, and only 1 van, shuttle, taxi etc was there. AIRPORT EXPRESS. I begged him to wait for me while i filed a missing luggage claim. After 30 min, he was still waiting for me!! Got home with slushy roads and was starting to freeze rain. starting freezing. Unpacked my carryon the next day and discovered my very special diamond ring was missing from my ring case. I called AIRPORT EXPRESS with the expectation my ring was lost forever.
