The driver was on time and did a good job. I do have a problem with the website. It is not user friendly and doesn’t work.

Avoid this service at all costs. My dirty van was late & the driver was talking too much & not driving safe. Then he had a flat tire with no spare & we had to wait 50 minutes for another van & I noticed both vans had bald tires, obnoxious smelly obese drivers! Worst ride of my life!

Dispatch scheduled our ride for the following day. I was very clear I needed it the day I called. Fortunately we were only 10 minutes away and another one was sent.

Very rude, obnoxious driver. I am 75 years old, have poor vision & need assistance when I travel. The driver I had treated me VERY badly & needs to be fired. Any customer of any age needs to be treated with respect & dignity. If there was a rating lower than 1, that's what I would give them.

Driver couldn't take credit card. In today's world that's not very good.

2 round trips in the last few months. Driver who picked me up on September 27 was a real asshole-very rude to me. I hope that was mainly because it was 3:30 am and pouring rain. Drivers on other 3 trips were very nice and polite. I guess your experience just depends on which driver you get.

All of the Drivers were very courteous ad friendly! Loved having their services for as long as we did. I enjoyed talking Thunder basketball with Gerald regularly -he's wonderful!
