I'm disappointed with the units and the company itself. When we signed up for AirSouth we were not expecting the poor performance from the business, customer service, and equipment that we received. Upon receiving the units, we were told that it would be working and cooling as if we were in an icebox in our home. However, that was not the case. DON'T TRUST AIR SOUTH. These people are swindlers. When me and my wife moved into our house in January of this year, we started having problems with our cooling/heating unit almost immediately, unfortunately. We did a quick search online, and found and went with Air South. The first thing they did on their first visit was let us know that our system was from 2005, and almost immediately started pushing us to invest in a brand new system with them!
