Fantastic experience from start to finish! The office manager started my good experience by answering my questions in a very kind and professional way, the tech was in contact with me less than an hour after and within a week a group of 4 wonderful technicians were here installing my unit. Airtech installed my HVAC when I bought my condo in 2017, and we've relied on them ever since to service the equipment. Airtech is a no-nonsense, upfront company. I have a bronze-level service plan with them, and have them come out and do their annual checks of my furnace and central air. These services are included in the plan. Every check up and cleaning is just that - and not an opportunity to get in the door to sell me unnecessary products and services. Highly recommend Airtech!

After considerable research we decided on Airtech. We had some peculiar installation issues and they resolved them very well. After these several years it is very nice to comfortably smile at that decision. When asked for a review we were very comfortable to do this.

We are longterm customers and have been using this professional company for years. Airtech Heating and Cooling provided absolutely outstanding service when replacing our old air conditioner and gas fired furnace system. The HVAC was located in a difficult to access attic space located over the garage. The (2) servce technicians from Airtech Heating & Cooling set a high bar as to professionalism, cleanliness and politeness. The team at Airtech Sellersburg was amazing. They were able to diagnose and repair our A/C. We were given thorough explanations about what was wrong and how it would be repaired. Professional and friendly.
