AJ stayed ahead of the game. My husband and I had a horrible experience before we met him. Everything we thought was our responsibility, AJ had taken care of. He answered any and all of my tedious questions without irritation or making me feel belittled. He is AMAZING. We were able to close on our home in less time than expected. Mr. Danielson is amaizing!! He is honest, responsible, patient, organized, courteous and knowledgeable. After trying to go through other Lenders and constantly getting denied, we were introduced to AJ by a friend. AJ worked his magic and was able to get us approved for buying our first house. The communication was great. He kept us updated on everything. I would definitely recommend him and will definitely be going back to him in the future if I look to purchase a other house.

It took AJ 4 weeks to do what another company tried doing in 3 months and other company unsuccessful. He alleviated my worries... very upfront.. very honest... so glad my best friend sent me to him. He was amazing and extremely down to earth.

AJ goes above and beyond on EVERYTHING he does. He went out of his way for my closing to be completed on time. He always made me feel as though I was his only client. I never felt that I was second to anything else he was juggling. AJ was transparent throughout the entire process and always keep me informed. His guidance and knowledge was truly appreciated.
