I met AJ after being turned down left and right by other mortgage lenders. They looked at my complicated credit and never gave me advice or information on how to fix it so I could buy a house. Then I met AJ, and he was patient and worked with us on fixing my credit first to be able to buy our first home. We started this journey with the big mortgage people that you see on TV everyday. They said to do this, and that, then get back with them, after dealing with 3 different people, they said that I needed almost half down to qualify. After that disappointing experience, I learned that they are paid commission on how many people that they run a hard credit check on, so I quickenly, got off that rocket, and was told about AJ, overnight things changed. AJ from the beginning all the way through and beyond the end went above and beyond to ensure not only that my loan was approved but that I got the home that I wanted. He was more than a lender, it was like having a great friend by your side. He was with me every step of the way and truly cares. If it was not for him I would not be in my new home.
