We started this journey with the big mortgage people that you see on TV everyday. They said to do this, and that, then get back with them, after dealing with 3 different people, they said that I needed almost half down to qualify. Since the first meeting AJ was hands on with every aspect of the lending process. He was very quick to update us with any changes and getting in contact with him was never an issue. I could not recommend him enough to anyone who is looking for a communicative, timely, and professional lending agent who will be there for you from start to finish. He definitely has the Juice to make your lending needs happen.

AJ from the beginning all the way through and beyond the end went above and beyond to ensure not only that my loan was approved but that I got the home that I wanted. He was more than a lender, it was like having a great friend by your side. He was with me every step of the way and truly cares. If it was not for him I would not be in my new home. They are not just a lender they are there to help and get you through it.

There are no words to describe how it was to deal with Aj Danielson. The communication throughout the mortgage process was incredible . I have not bought a house in 20 years and did not know anything about buying in this day and time , but Aj coached from start to finish, my wife was very skeptical of dealing with people after just moving back to Sebring . The best day ever is when I was introduced to Aj . He is remarkable and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family that are looking for a home .

AJ Danielson was a dream to work with. He made each and every step so simple and took the time to answer and explain any questions we had! He worked with me and my husband for almost an entire YEAR to help us get our credit up resulting in us getting approved for the home of our dreams.
