They performed even better than they said - materials delivered on time, old roof removed ahead of schedule, inspections completed on time AND they finished by mid-day on the day as promised. Everything immaculate, all debris removed and they were very quiet - neighbors really appreciated that!
We think there are the BEST!!!! They came on time. Worked quickly and efficiently, polite and did the job in a timely manner. It is very refreshing to have a company that comes on time, does the work as prescribed at a very fair price. Further, we would gladly recommend AK Roofing to anybody. In fact, our roof inspector said "they did the work correctly", as he has seen many roof repairs done improperly.
Very happy with AK Certified Roofing. Excellent communication and follow up throughout the entire process- from initial bid to final inspection. Bid was very competitive with the two other companies I contacted. They submitted all the necessary info to my homeowners association required for approval. AK’s bid included power washing the driveway and a wind mitigation report upon completion. The entire process went smoothly- no surprises. Roof looks great! Would definitely recommend.
Mike from AK Roofing was great to work with from start to finish. He was very responsive to all of my questions and communicated with me throughout my roofing project. James was the project lead on the roof installation day. He and his crew worked very hard. They were careful, detail oriented and diligent in cleaning all areas of the project. All out excellent from start to finish. Work crew was non-stop! Everything was done exactly as we were told it would be. Photos were most helpful with insurance claim. Highly recommend!
