The web site was not easy to follow. For example: WE were told that we could get pet insurance for 30 days and the AKC Reunite for $15.00. Did NOT see that offer ANYWHERE. WHY? Ended up getting the $42.99 package...WHY was the $15 not offered on the website??? NOT Happy!!!
