Good service. We have the same coverage on another pet and have had good experiences so far.
Shopping experience was good did not really state if amount would be drafted out of account monthly or if it would be drafted all out at one time or if I would receive another pet insurance certificate.

I received paperwork from my breeder for the 30 day insurance- it also explained I could sign up for lifetime platinum care with a lifetime fee of 79.99- discounted from $278.00 — however I was unable to sign up for this- the site only allowed me to sign up for 79.99 a month

All is great, but you should just list California instead of saying not available in all states. It's only one, so I would see it as easier.
