Easy to follow
There was a stuffed dog in the box that I received and it was supposed to squeak but the squeaker does not work.

It has been fairly easy to fill in the blanks. Thanks for the ease of filling out the forms!
Satisfied with the service and the cost of the insurance. I did have a free month that appears not to have been used.
I don't really have any feedback yet because this coverage has been on my dog for a week and I have not even had a chance to make an appointment for her wellness checkup. I'll know more after that.
Jasmine was very helpful both times I called. Yesterday when I was having issues activating and today when Jasmine helped me activate it!
