Very easy to follow and understand.
We would have preferred to click on each of the 3 plan options in order to get more detailed information, and make a better decision. For now, we are only doing the 30day free one, but need more info to purchase.

It is to early to tell haven't had to use it yet.
Signed up because easy to do - not sure will continue coverage for additional year - limited amount per incident rather than annual coverage- this gives me time to shop.
