It was great and easy to Follow.
This is my first experience with pet insurance. I will evaluate its value to me after this first year. The paper work I received confirming the insurance went into some depth telling me about what was NOT covered. It seemed to me that it might have taken less space to tell me what was actually covered. I'm not at all sure that this is the best insurance available. At least I hope it isn't.
Great!! But I was told there is a multiple pet discount of 5% - but I do not see it.

Sherry is a great dog , but no one told us about all of the health problems. Sherry is going to be very expensive to care of.!!!she seems to fit in here pretty good. I feel you could help us with her on going medication that she will need thru the rest of her life , since no one told us about all of her problems!!! She's a great dog ,,all she wants is love and we got a lot of that to give her !! ✌
