It took me many different screens to click back and forth to get all of the information that was required before being able to submit the request. It should have pre-populated in the program. I finally was able to get everything I needed. Once I had information, results and reimbursement check was on it's way. That part I am very thankful. One thing that could be better is a digital booklet stating what is and is not covered per the plan. There are multiple tiers to the plans and each tier covers one thing or another.
