Jasmine helped me set up the certificate but i cuold have sworn that i had already done this. i remember having a missed call and calling that number back, i gave a lady the name of my pet and she had mentioned the insurance would automatically cancel after 30 days so i thought it was activated. live and learn i guess. it had to be a good sign that the woman who answered my call shares her name with my baby girl.
Initially it was hard to get to the registration because of constant pop up trying to direct you to different products.
