Site is hard to navigate to determine the best option for your pets coverage. I feel that I would be better served by contacting a person and speaking with them. I would like additional coverage but online I have no idea where to start. I will call and speak with a representative. Your site also doesn't explain how the process works. Does the vet take the insurance and file the claims. Or does the pet owner file the claims.
