Experience was just fine. I have not had to use this product and signed up because there was a free trial that came with our pets AKC registration.

Details seem very clear. First time purchasing pet insurance so not sure what I need and don't. I Didn't Like A Monthly Service Fee being added, seems ridiculous when you are getting automatic payments.
