RecommendedWe appreciate Klaus Cobb’s continued excellent service as our service writer. He makes setting up appointments easy and convenient, and is good at explaining options and charges (if any). However, I am less enthusiastic about the dealer’s technical service capabilities troubleshooting an electronics issue that I have had (twice), and the 2nd time is not yet resolved. I am not pleased with having to bring the vehicle back repeatedly.
RecommendedShedrick Anderson is an outstanding service manager. Very professional, courteous, respectful and friendly. You can not expect better service than the one Shedrick provides!! He is absolutely the best!
