Terrible !!!!!!! They did not do a good job for me like they did in year's past !!!!! They were late, rude, no communication , lied to me about the deadline and OVER charged me !!!!! Snitha is the WORST CPA in the business !!!! DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!
Worst experience with a service provider in my life. Reasons why you should not use this service: 1. They are "good ole boy" sexist pigs. Would only speak to my husband, even though I have an MBA and am in charge of all of the finances. I was the one that contacted them. 2. They lost previous tax returns THREE times. They told me that they would go through the previous years' taxes to find us more refund opportunities. I had to send them THREE times and they did not find any additional refunds. 3. Absolutely terrible experience. Improperly prepared our business and personal returns. Stalled and delayed addressing the major accounting issues we brought to them. Eventually stopped returning phone calls and e-mails. So, had to fire the company. They left us in worse accounting shape than when we hired them.
The worst business experience I have ever had. I honestly don't know how he is even legally allowed to be a CPA. He was my CPA for multiple businesses and on multiple occasions, I would get letters from the IRS or the state of Texas saying something wasn't filed and I would call to see what was going on and he always had an excuse.
