Excellent food and service
Food was prepared really fast and everything was great! My driver was fast and really polite and he actually looked at my extra instructions and even offered to help me with my complexes gate. He was fantastic.
Everything was delicious, warm, and correct
I am so very impressed with all aspects of this entire experience. This my first transaction with Alamo Cafe and Grub Hub, Edward is a very professional delivery man. The prices are fair and the food is outstandingly fantastic. Thank you.
Taste wise the food was great. The reason for the average experience score was the food looked like it had been tossed around. Sauce was spilt out of the containers into the bag and was in all the other compartments.
Chile Relleno was cold and sloshed to one side because it was not packaged with even weight distribution. They stacked a container of black beans on top of a container of queso. The lid to the queso was shattered and queso was leaking in the bag. Overall the food was very tasty. Huge Alamo fan here. But this is not the first time my food has been a mess. When you pay over 6 bucks for a small queso, you don't want to lose a drop!
