RecommendedHighly recommend Dr. Tiner and Alamo Maxillofacial Surgical Associates. Dr. Tiner did both my lower jaw surgery and my upper jaw surgery (~20 years apart) and I couldn't be more pleased with the care and expertise of this group - including Belinda Sterling who was instrumental in dealing with insurance successfully and Dr. Tiner's nurse, Kris, who I could go to any time with questions. They are all extremely professional, kind and they genuinely care about their patients.

RecommendedDr. Rominger was great. I felt comfortable going into the surgery. Didn’t even feel groggy after the procedure. Little to no pain in the healing process. Definitely worth every penny.
RecommendedI had all my wisdom teeth removed with Alamo and every aspect of the experience was great. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the dentists/surgeons explained everything in detail and took care to make sure I had great pain management options and nausea management after the anesthesia from the surgery. I highly recommend them to anyone that need major dental work done.

RecommendedThe entire staff at Maxillofacial Surgical Associates are wonderful! Dr. Hanna and all his staff were wonderful when I had to have extensive teeth work done. The care I received before and even after the procedure, was amazing. I do not care for any type of dentists or specialists, so if you are the same, visit this office and you will be at ease.
