Dr. Cutler was nice and cordial at the time of my procedure. But afterward, the mask came down. Zero follow up. Zero interest in getting to the root of my problem. Unprofessional, as is his office staff. The whole vibe over there is just to make money not help patients. I switched to another doctor in another office immediately.

Seemed very rushed, superficially polite but disengaged. Jumped right to wanting to perform colonoscopy and endoscopy without suggesting any other routes (such as stool sample). Did not discuss or investigate simple and common causes of the condition before ordering the invasive procedures. Avoided any explanations or discussions on the matters and kept the visit extremly short. Told me I had multiple internal bleeding of the small intestine then rushed out of the office. I paid $750 up front for a procedure. My insurance covered $700 of the cost. It took 6 months of calling every week to finally get my money back.

I will not recommend Digestive Health Associate. I will not recommend for the following reasons: 1. Just to comply with patient portal, they have have a portal but no one cares to either read or respond to any question you may post. Look for physicians, who use EPIC System (My Chart). Cheap facilities do not. 2. I had difficult time connecting with Dr. Allan staff for scheduling the procedure. 3. My procedure was a routine exam. Unnecessary colonoscopy. Screwed me up for life. Be very very careful with this guy.
