As a new patient, I found Dr. Rosen to be a very polite, knowledgeable and attentive doctor. He isn't rushing you out of the office and listens carefully to the information you give him about your foot problem. His staff are welcoming, attentive and ready to help. Office is clean and in an accessible area in the Upper East side.

Dr Rosen is an awesome specialist surgeon who does outstanding work. We highly recommended him we live in Bklyn we go all the way to Manhattan for our appointments that is how Gooood he is .
