Have only just ordered, experience ok so far
a few things that could have had explanations of what they were but with the picture of what you are building it was great and we figured it out

The site was easy to use, I could not find where to order trusses or if they come with them. And the only thing is you don't know if your paying for the deposit or the full price until your on the last page, other then that its fine.
