Easy to access
Make sure you have FIRM pricing before signing...Alan did a 'bait and switch' that cost us a couple hundred dollars. Their excuse was installers for our area was not available so second installer cost them more. Why should customer eat the cost above the published price?
Ordering process was easy
I HOPE I CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD THE OPTIONS AND SELECTED WHAT I WANTED. THE PRICE WAS OK FOR WHAT I CREATED. A LITTLE HIGHER THAN I HOPED IT WOULD BE BUT FRIENDLY WEBSITE
Have not seen the product yet but all aspects of ordering and design process were wonderful
looking forward to getting it put up
