“Delivery time is absolutely terrible. I waited 10 1/2 weeks for my carport. My father that only lives 27 miles away got his in 2 1/2. Was supposed to be installed at noon. Didn't arrive till 5pm. Alan's factory outlet have standard responses so don't expect straight answers or a personal touch to questions after you've given your deposit. The price and the installers are the only reason that makes it worth dealing with them. I wish I could cut the middle man ( Alan's factory outlet) out next time!!!!!”
