We absolutely loved our self drive. Best of Alaska trip going from Anchorage to Denali to Palmer to Seward. Denali is just absolutely spectacular and the bus trip is awesome. The best part was the helicopter ride hands-down both hotels in Denali and also in Palmer Alaska were amazing. We love the tour, but Seward, we thought we would love more than we did. It does rain a lot. We weren’t able to do our salmon fishing trip, which was disappointing, but this is a trip of a lifetime and Alaska tours is the best deal in town.

We had an amazing time on our Mendall Glacier and float trip! Lots of interesting things were pointed out by Beck, our muscle master of the orrs! We were on a large inflatible river raft and guided through rapids. Watch out on front seat because you will get wet! But not too wet since we were all outfitted in waterproof outer overalls and boats. A pleasant day for all. Beck says 'Hi Mom!' :)

Thank you Kimberley and all the staff at Alaska Tours!!! We just returned home form our 11 day driving tour (Anchorage, Talkeetna, Denali, Fairbanks, Valdez, Sheep Mountain and Seward). From my first phone call to Kimberely in November 2022 through all the planning and my go ahead to book our tour, everyone was so helpful and knowledgable. We just returned from a 14-day custom designed tour of Alaska that took in 6 National Parks. We worked with Gitte who is absolutely amazing!! She is very knowledgeable and professional. Gitte was always very responsive to any of our inquiries. On the trip we did not have a single issue. Alaska Tours. WOW this company is the best and Kimberly Norman was the best ever in helping organize the trip. My friend and I booked a Chena Hot Spring/Northern Lights tour and an Arctic Circle Tour through Kim and even with multiple changes and request EVERYTHING went as planned. Kim offered the best service I have had in a very long time. The tours that we booked were both excellent and the lodging was what you would expect. Thank you Kim and the Alaska Tour team for all of you hard work. I am so grateful.

Alaska Tours is FANTASTIC! We couldn't be more happy with our 10 day trip over the Labor Day weekend in 2021. The accommodations, tours and train rides were all terrific. We also priced everything out separately and we could not match their price.

We told Gitte what we wanted to do and she arranged it all. Hotels were very nice. The dome train, both Gold Star and Wilderness, were great. Loved the river cruise in Fairbanks, it was more than we expected. The Kenai Fjords cruise was terrific from the whales to the glacier. Flying out of Homer to watch the grizzly bears catch salmon topped the week off. It was a very good trip, use Alaska Tours; you'll be glad you did. We never experienced Alaska and always wanted to go and fish. The tour we took had a day of fishing on the Kenai or Kasilof river plus the Denali and Prince William Sound experiences. When I inquired, they also added a 1/2 day of Halibut fishing out of Homer. Caught our day limit of Sockeye Salmon on the Kasilof River, Dusty with Kenai Cowboys guided us to a perfect spot and showed us all the river had to offer. After having a couple of out of the country trips cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic we decided to take a last minute trip to Alaska. Alaska tours found us everything we wanted to see and do while we were in the the great state for 8 days. They worked with us extensively to make sure we were able to do the things we wanted to see and do and substituted when something came up unexpectedly. We would recommend this company to plan and book your vacation to Alaska and particularly Gitte and Melinda.
