Dr. Frank is a graduate of Emory University ‘87 and The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine ‘91. He completed a residency at the VA Medical Center in Albany. Dr. Frank’s education has not stopped there. Since his residency, he has attended hundreds of hours of continuing education and will continue to do so in order to provide his patients with optimum care. He has two beautiful sons, Zachary and Nicholas. When not creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Frank and his family enjoy football and traveling.

Dr Frank is meticulous in all dental repair and creates beautiful smiles. He has a wonderful manner and puts you at ease while performing his services. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch dental office.
I moved my two teenagers over to Dr. Frank and his staff from a recommendation from our Orthodontist, best decision ever. They love going there. They rave over how nice everyone is and how gentle the experiences have been. I would definitely recommend him and his staff to anyone.
