Great Staff!! Very Friendly and Courteous!! For someone who has been dealing with dental anxiety pretty much all my life - the staff, hygienist and Dr. Sagoon not only made me feel at ease - I actually almost fell asleep in the chair during the procedure!! Hands down the best dental experience I’ve had. 10/10 recommended! You could stop reading here if you’d like, but I must share my amazing experience. First and foremost, walking into the dentist office gave me a feeling of comfort and familiarity. (Mind you, I'm not from VA). I dont normally leave reviews, but Dr o and his assistant kaylynn took really good care of me, i have very high dental anxiety, they helped me get through everything step to step, and all of the staff is very professional and friendly. Very highly recommend
I had a temporary filling done at this place then after 3 weeks they put a regular filling and is the worst filling I had ever had I got 3 fillings and I was told of two for that appointment when I was going to pay they said I had to pay way more of what I was told previously and I wasn’t even informed they was going to do an extra filling I can’t bite my food from one side I feel like the filling is too thick and let’s not talk about how arrogant the person was when he was doing his job he hurt the inside of my cheeks . Was not satisfied with this experience. Felt pressured into booking an appointment on the basis that I might be notified of a no-show in the intervening time. When I did not show up for the appointment, unexpectedly charged $60. If the owner wants constructive criticism—notify of the cancellation fee in the text messages.
